Innovation and Engineering Make Ritchie Number One
For over 150 years, from the first liquid dampened compass to today's modern PowerDamp dial designs our Engineering Department has been critical to the development of the modern marine compass. Today, sophisticated computers and specialized instrumentation also allow Ritchie Engineers to develop better and more efficient ways to build compasses.
One of those developments is the Multiple Compass Filling Station designed by our Engineering Department and manufactured by our own talented machinists.
